Our Tailored Approach

All our bespoke projects and programmes are delivered in an open facilitative manner and are tailored to the specific needs of the project and the client. Our approach is collaborative: we work in partnership with the appropriate institutional colleague(s) to ensure we understand the institutional culture and create solutions that will work for you as our client. Our aim is institutional capacity building.

We recognise that postgraduate strategies are needed at all levels: department, faculty, school and institution, and our work ranges from one day workshops or consultations, to extensive, in-depth, institution wide strategic consultancy projects, to reflect the varying needs of institutions.
